The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, represented by the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program, approved the sixth batch of housing assistance decisions for the month of December, with a total of 495 new housing financing decisions, at a value of 392.1 million dirhams, including 457 decisions at a value of 361.7 million dirhams, and 38 government housing at a value of 30.4 million dirhams. And this coincides with the 51st Union Day celebrations of the state, and within the framework of completing the new housing policy within the Zayed Housing Program, and the new financing program for housing loans at a value of 11.5 billion dirhams, benefiting 13 thousand citizen families, which was approved by the Council of Ministers last May.
The Ministry stated that with the announcement of the sixth installment of the new housing financing program, the total of what was issued since last May reached 2983 housing assistance decisions, with a value of about 2.374 billion dirhams, bringing the percentage of adherence to the announced plan to more than 99%, while the number of government housing decisions reached During the current year, 565 decisions, at a value of 452 million dirhams, pointing out that the total that was issued during the current year amounted to 3,571 decisions, at a value of 2.842 billion dirhams.
