No action seems to have been taken against this Italian named Mario Ferri and nicknamed "The Falcon", according to this source.

Ferri, born in 1987, is used to this type of intrusion into stadiums.

During the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, he entered the field during Belgium-United States with a T-shirt bearing the inscriptions "Save the children of the favelas" and "Ciro Vive", in tribute to a supporter of Naples killed shortly long ago, according to the Italian agency AGI.

On his Instagram account, he posted images from inside the Lusail stadium in Doha, the last one being taken at half-time.

It is the first time that a match has been marked by such intrusion since the start of the competition organized in Qatar, in the face of Western criticism concerning the treatment of people from the LGBT + community.

In the small emirate, homosexuality is subject to criminal prosecution.

In the 52nd minute of the match, after running across the pitch for around 30 seconds in front of the players without reacting, the man was tackled to the ground by a steward and then calmly escorted by security off the pitch.

He wore a T-shirt stamped on the front with the Superman logo with an inscription in support of Ukraine, "Save Ukraine" ("Save Ukraine"), and on the back a message in favor of Iranian women ( "Respect for Iranian Woman").

The scene was shown only fleetingly on television.

"We know what is happening around this World Cup. Of course we are with them, with Iran too, Iranian women. I hope nothing will happen to this boy because we understand his message, and I think the world understands it too", commented the Portuguese Ruben Neves after the match.

If FIFA assured that flags or clothes in the colors of the rainbow would be accepted in the stadiums, in fact these were confiscated on several occasions by the security forces.
