The material says that the administration of the region is going to take on new debt obligations in the amount of €5 billion to combat the energy crisis.

It is also specified that the head of the Ministry of Finance of the region, Markus Optendrenck, planned to allocate € 3.5 billion, previously taken loans from the state fund, intended to support in connection with COVID-19, to fight the energy crisis.
