Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has warned that the Russian military is preparing to launch a new missile strike.

A U.S. think tank said missile strikes could hit all of Ukraine next week and that Russia wants to keep up the pace.

The Russian military has stepped up attacks targeting infrastructure facilities such as power plants across Ukraine, continuing to affect civilian life during the harsh winter.

Ukrainian Defense Minister Reznikov tweeted on the 28th, claiming that "in the last 9 months, Russia has carried out more than 16,000 missile attacks against Ukraine. 97% of the targets are civilian targets." On top of that, he strongly criticized Russia, saying, "We are fighting a terrorist state."

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on the 27th that the Russian military is preparing for a new missile attack.

The US think tank "War Research Institute" said on the 28th, based on the analysis by the Ukrainian military and Russian military experts that a new Russian naval vessel equipped with missiles is operating in the Black Sea, "Russian forces will be launched next week. It is likely that they are preparing to launch new missile strikes across Ukraine in the near future," he said.

In addition, he pointed out that Russia's aim was to maintain the pace of missile attacks, and it seems that Russia intends to demoralize the Ukrainian people by conducting attacks regularly.
