This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to a document based on the materials of Ukrenergo, which came into the possession of the LPR authorities.
The document says that the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine received relevant analytical materials from Ukrenergo.
It also notes that the power capacities of a number of Ukrainian regions have been disabled by more than 60%.
Earlier, the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, David Arakhamia, advised the residents of the country to organize supplies of water and food in case of new shutdowns of energy facilities.
According to him, the upcoming week may be difficult, and therefore new damage to energy facilities is possible.
