According to kp.ru, the KIA car flew off the roadway onto the sidewalk and overturned, knocking down a woman who was walking with two children along the way.

The female pedestrian died at the scene, the eldest child died in the hospital.

The child, who was in a wheelchair, was also taken to the hospital.

It is clarified that the commission of this crime is punishable by eight to fifteen years in prison.
