Also, Oleg Bredikhin, Deputy Director of the Fourth European Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, and Andrey Ordash, Minister Counselor of the Russian Embassy in Poland, were also awarded the medal of the Order for Services to the Fatherland, II degree.
