It was around 06:00 that the accident occurred on national highway 26. The two vehicles collided head-on and according to the rescue service, it was a real bang.

Traffic is being diverted
The tanker is loaded with both diesel and petrol, but there should have only been a minor leak which could be quickly cleaned up.
All that remains now is to empty the trailer of all fuel - a process that can take several hours.
