According to him, the Armenian side received a response on Sunday, November 27.

Mirzoyan added that Armenia counts on a speedy settlement of this issue.
He also noted the mediation efforts of Armenia's partners, which "can play an important role in this process."
At the same time, Mirzoyan did not specify what kind of response was received from the Azerbaijani side.
On November 23, Zas announced that the draft decision of the CSTO Collective Security Council on measures to provide assistance to Armenia had been agreed upon.
