According to RIA Novosti, he noted that the activity of the people was especially high in the elections, and some people came to vote "whole families."

“According to observers, experts and journalists, the elections were held fairly and openly,” Tokayev stressed. 

He added that, in accordance with constitutional requirements, "a radical renewal of all branches of government" will follow.
