It is noted that there are flights to Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Venezuela, Egypt, Israel, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Cuba, Laos, Maldives, UAE, Seychelles, Thailand, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan and Sri- Lanka.
The department added that both passenger and cargo aircraft fly to these states.
The Federal Air Transport Agency has extended restrictions on flights to 11 airports in the south and center of Russia until December 3.
