• Politics Feijóo seeks to expand its space with "common sense feminism" in the face of extremes

Alberto Núñez Feijóo is in the middle of a long-distance race with a goal in La Moncloa.

And in this effort to achieve it, the leader of the PP has decided to highlight this Saturday his antithetical profile of the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, as a result of his recent pacts with ERC and Bildu for the approval of the Budgets.

"What can be said to a party that is subservient to the independence movement and cruel to the constitutionalists that in the same week forgives sedition to criminals and removes the Civil Guard from Spanish territory? The only thing that can be said is, after all this, this PSOE is no more," he stated during an act with public officials and supporters of the party at the Antonio Magariños sports center in Madrid.

The choice of the location for this rally -convened under the motto

In defense of a great country-

has not been accidental, since it is the place where Sánchez played basketball in his youth.

From there Feijóo has highlighted his "incompetence" and "arrogance" of the President of the Executive.

"We are going to reach the Government of Spain to put ourselves at the service of the majority and not at the service of the minority, you have my word, you have my commitment and my biography. That is why we have come," stressed the head of the opposition.

The PP has convened this act in the week in which Congress has approved the start of the processing of the bill for the repeal of the crime of sedition to replace it with that of aggravated public disorder, after negotiating it with ERC, and has agreed to withdraw the Civil Traffic Guard of Navarra, as requested by Bildu in exchange for his support for the Budgets.

The president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, also participated in the rally, with whom the party leader shared a harsh tone on this occasion.

"Who has asked Sánchez to change Spain? Put it on an electoral program and go to the polls if it has courage", challenged the popular baroness, who has once again presented her region as "the piece to beat" by La Moncloa.
