The lifeless body of a homeless person was found by the carabinieri at Rome's EUR station this morning.

The men of the Arma intervened after a report reached 112. Arriving in viale del Tintoretto, at the intersection with via Laurentina, under the pedestrian overpass they found the body of a 52-year-old Romanian citizen, homeless.

The coroner and the 118 health personnel found no injuries, the man appears to have died of hypothermia.

The Carabinieri of the VII section of the Investigative Unit of via In Selci intervened on the spot for the findings.

The body was transported to the Institute of Forensic Medicine of the Tor Vergata Polyclinic in Rome.
