A mother and her two sons, aged 24 and 16, were arrested and taken into police custody on Monday.

All three, living in Pontet (Vaucluse), are suspected of having assaulted a 14-year-old teenager out of revenge, reports

The victim posted on social networks the video of a partially naked teenager.

Relatives of the latter found the young man shortly after.

One of them punched him in the face.

On the ground, the teenager also received several kicks.

The family then grabbed their phones in order to erase the compromising images.

The miner suffered mild head trauma and cuts to his mouth.



At the end of the hearing, only the youngest of the defendants is prosecuted.

He will be summoned before a judge for children of the judicial court of Avignon.

The other family members were released.
