as well as Uhuru Kenyatta, facilitator of the East African community for this crisis, have confirmed their arrival in the Angolan capital.
Second wind to the Luanda mediation process
The objective is to breathe new life into the mediation process in Luanda, slowed down since the summer and the presidential election which saw the re-election of Joao Lourenço.
It is a question of relaunching discussions between Congolese and Rwandans, of achieving a "de-escalation" between the two countries through "

After this summit in Luanda, all eyes will turn to Nairobi.
It is in the Kenyan capital that a new discussion session with the armed groups must take place.
An appointment regularly postponed for several weeks and for the moment fixed for November 27.
