He stressed that reaching the truth in such communications and lawsuits is the most prominent outcome of the "Child's Room" project, which is used to obtain children's statements in a technically and psychologically advanced way, which completely frees them from any pressure, and provides them with a safe environment that prompts them to express themselves honestly and in non-traditional ways.

He pointed out that in some cases the Public Prosecution charged the party involved in indoctrinating the child with the intention of harming the other party, stressing that, regardless of the legal consequences of this behavior, it remains an inhumane behavior that harms the child and inculcates in him unfavorable characteristics that affect his personality in the future. He attributed this behavior to the desire of the party involved in indoctrinating the child to take advantage of the criminal part based on a malicious report in personal status cases to prove the correctness of his position or that he is the injured party, especially in disputes related to custody, to reinforce the idea that the accused party is not qualified to do so.

He pointed out that among the malicious reports revealed by the Family and Juvenile Prosecution, a number of children accused their father of assaulting them in a disgraceful way, so the children’s statements were obtained in the child’s room designated for that, and the member of the prosecution and the social researcher were not reassured by the statements of the adult children and they had doubts that they were subjected to a kind of indoctrination. He emphasized that the impact of this behavior on children is very negative, as it makes the child shaky and weak in character, and he gets used to lying and getting what he wants in an immoral way.

He pointed out that the Public Prosecution is cooperating with the Community Development Authority in Dubai to ensure the authenticity of these reports, in light of the presence of a specialized department at the Authority that visits the family's home and helps verify the authenticity of the incident.
