The results of the preliminary investigation fell almost faster than the extinction of the fire itself.

It is "

electrical welding work

" that would have triggered the disaster;

“

The workers violated security measures

,” China

Central Television

 said this morning .

Several "

criminal suspects

", this is the terminology used by the

official media

, have been taken into custody.

A total of 38 people are missing after a business company plant in Anyang of central China's Henan Province caught fire on Monday afternoon, a reporter from the China Media Group said on Tuesday.

It was therefore 4:22 p.m. local time yesterday afternoon when the emergency services received the alert.

Thick black smoke then rose from the "

 high-tech zone

" in Wenfeng district in Anyang, central Henan province.

The Kaixinda Trading factory is on fire.

It will take more than three hours for the 63 vehicles and 240 firefighters sent to the scene to bring the walls of flames under control.

It was not until 11 p.m. that the hearth was completely extinguished, revealing the carcasses of completely charred buildings.

Frequent accidents

These industrial accidents are frequent in the country and it is often the non-compliance with safety standards that is highlighted.

An explosion occurred on Monday in Taiyuan in Shanxi (northwest), apparently causing only material damage.

In November 2018, 22 people were killed in a factory

fire

near Zhangjiakou in the northern province of Hebei.

In March 2019, the explosion of a chemical factory in Yancheng in the eastern province of Jiangsu caused the death of 78 people.

In 2015, another

explosion

this time at a chemical warehouse in the port of Tianjin killed 165 people east of Beijing.
