Investigators from the property damage unit of the Perpignan national police are launching an appeal to identify possible victims of attacks committed in November.
The facts occurred in the city center of the Pyrénées-Orientales prefecture, in the area of Place Arago and the judicial court.
The procedure is always the same.
A person comes from behind and strangles his victims before stealing their phone or other personal belongings.
The assaults usually took place early in the morning.
Other victims probably did not file a complaint
The investigators are looking for victims "who have not yet filed a complaint", "having considered that a complaint was not useful" or "having filed a complaint in a service other than the Perpignan police station".
