Ms. Kim said, "Those who try to protect animals and prevent abuse are those who try to protect the matured values and dignity of humans."

Ms. Gomes replied, "Abandoning or abusing animals is like abusing people, and being with animals is like raising children."

Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, who was with him, also added, "Spain is pushing for various legislation to ban animal cruelty," and Mrs. Kim responded by saying, "We will actively support each country's efforts to protect animal rights and seek various ways to cooperate." .
