Court upholds intercepted conversations involving defendants in MH17 case as credible

“The court considers that all intercepted telephone conversations with the participation of the defendants in the MH17 case were really conducted, they are reliable,” RIA Novosti quotes the words of the presiding judge Hendrik Steenhuis.

He noted that there were no signs of manipulation.

Earlier, the District Court of The Hague ruled that flight MH17 was shot down by a Buk missile launched from Pervomaisky, controlled at that time by the DPR militia.
