Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on the 15th (local time) that Russia was responsible for the missile strikes on Polish territory, a member of NATO.

According to foreign media such as AFP, President Zelensky said in a speech that day, "Today, Russian missiles hit Poland and the territory of the allied countries, killing people."

"At the same time as the missiles fell on Poland, Russian forces launched a massive missile attack," he said.

Earlier, Polish radio station ZET reported that two missiles, believed to have been launched from Russia, hit the town of Przełodow in eastern Poland, killing two people.

The town is only 4 miles from the Ukrainian border.

Western countries seem to be paying close attention to whether it is a deliberate provocation by Russia for the purpose of escalating tension or a simple misfire.

"As a result of this bombing, many of the reactors of the two power plants have been automatically shut down, and the scale of (damage) is being calculated. The enemy knows exactly what they are doing," Zelensky said.

In a separate post on social media, he said Russia's indiscriminate missile strikes put "about 10 million Ukrainians in a state of power outage, and to date, power supply has been restored to 8 million of them." .

He continued, “The response to my peace plan with this act of ethnic cleansing against Ukrainians is a cynical insult to the G20 and the world (which is expected to hold a summit in Bali, Indonesia from the 15th to discuss the war in Ukraine). "claimed.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitro Kuleva tweeted that NATO members should immediately convene a summit over Russia's attack on Poland.

"Now Russia is promoting the conspiracy theory that missiles launched by the Ukrainian air force fell on Poland. This is not true. No one should fall for Russian propaganda or amplify that message," he stressed.

President Zelenskiy said he spoke on the phone with Polish President Andrzej Duda and expressed his condolences.

He wrote on Twitter: "I expressed my condolences to the death of a Polish citizen as a result of the Russian missile attack. We exchanged information that could be obtained and clarified all the facts. Ukraine and Poland, all of Europe and the world are Russian terrorists. We must be completely protected from it.”
