A 20-year-old man will be tried on January 23, 2023 for stabbing violence he is accused of having committed early this Sunday morning in a nightclub in Brest (Finistère).

He said a stabbing customer was inside.
The police arrested the individual and took him into custody.
The young man admitted the facts.
A blood alcohol test revealed a level of 1.50 g/l of blood.
The victim, aged 31, was hit in the left flank and was prescribed ten days of ITT.
The suspect was presented to the prosecution on Monday.
He will have to answer for acts of aggravated violence.
He was released on bail.
While waiting for his trial, he will have to take care of himself and is prohibited from carrying a weapon and from frequenting bars and nightclubs.
