The Investigative Committee is investigating the fact of torture in Ukraine of a soldier from the LPR, whose body was transferred during the exchange

“According to LPR officials, the Ukrainian side handed over to the LPR the body of a serviceman of the People’s Militia with signs of torture in his lifetime ... The Investigative Committee of Russia will establish all the circumstances of the incident,” the Russian Investigative Committee’s Telegram channel says.

At the end of October, it was reported that the investigators of the Russian Investigative Committee had completed the investigation of 116 criminal cases on the facts of crimes by the Ukrainian military against civilians and Russian military personnel on the territory of Russia and Ukraine.
