A young girl, whose age was not specified, and moving with a scooter, was killed after being hit by a TGV, said the firefighters of this department.
The circulation of trains on this axis located between Toulon and Nice has been interrupted in both directions, said the firefighters and the SNCF.
"For a reason to be determined, (she) was hit by a TGV (meaning Toulon Nice) on the railway", indicated the soldiers of the fire.
"She died instantly," a spokeswoman told AFP.
