According to Podgornaya, flights to Egypt are operated 20-30 minutes longer due to the need to fly around Turkey.
“All flights (to Egypt) are being fulfilled, obligations to tourists (passengers) are being fulfilled in full,” Podgornaya said.
The Ministry of Transport intends to hold talks with the Turkish side on this issue.
Earlier, the Ministry of Transport of Russia proposed to allow the repair of foreign-made civil aircraft using non-original spare parts manufactured by companies that received the appropriate approvals.
