In particular, the Russian government was instructed, together with the authorities of the LPR and DPR and other departments, with the involvement of the ANO "Garden of Memory", to develop a program that provides for the sending of environmental humanitarian missions to the DPR and LPR.
It was also instructed to provide training for state authorities exercising powers in the field of environmental protection and nature management in these regions of Russia.
The President instructed to ensure the implementation of this program in order to minimize the damage caused to natural objects as a result of hostilities.
It was entrusted to submit a report on this issue by February 1, 2023, then annually.
In October, it was reported that the Investigative Committee of Russia began the creation of investigative bodies on the territory of the new subjects of the country.
