The National Assembly examined Monday, October 31 two new motions of censure on the Social Security financing bill.

One filed by the Insoumis, the other by the National Rally.

Neither was adopted.

But this time, the deputies of the Nupes advanced in dispersed order.

With our special correspondent at the Bourbon Palace,

Last week, the RN and LFI groups joined for the vote on a motion of no confidence tabled by La France insoumise, in the National Assembly.

But this Monday, things turned out differently.

While the National Rally almost unanimously supported the text of the Insoumis, part of the left failed him.

The numbers speak for themselves: 22 abstentions on the left, and only one on the far right.

The text of LFI has therefore created more divisions within the Nupes than within the troops of Marine Le Pen.

Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne pointed this out, tackling the Insoumis.

For you, the end justifies all the means, even an alliance against nature, of those which feed populism and whose History has taught us that they always end up favoring the extreme right.

Ladies and gentlemen of the deputies of La France insoumise, the new union of populisms does not build an alternative majority.

For the second time in a week, Marine Le Pen is creating unease on the left.

But the leader of the National Rally refuses to be attributed a new political coup.

I don't believe that we put the left in trouble, I believe that we are only a developer, in the photographic sense of the term.

We are actually revealing the deep fractures that exist between them.

The Insoumis refuse the term of alliance.

To justify himself, the deputy Éric Coquerel invokes the principle of freedom of vote.

We have nothing to do with the Rassemblent national, and the Rassemblement national has nothing to do with us.

Me, I'm not going to constantly ask the question of the majority to know if it satisfies them to pass articles of amendments thanks to the votes of the National Rally, that's it.

So that is the National Assembly, each parliamentarian chooses what he does.

Conversely, the left still refuses to vote for the texts of the RN.

“

An insurmountable barrier

”, assures us a socialist deputy.
