As a result of the shelling of Alchevsk by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the hotel building was destroyed

This was announced by the mayor of the city Albert Apshev.

“Ukrainian nationalists again struck at the peaceful city of Alchevsk, destroyed the Metallurg Hotel,” TASS quoted him as saying.

According to Apshev, one person is listed as missing.

Earlier it became known that the Ukrainian military fired two missiles from the HIMARS MLRS at Alchevsk in the Lugansk People's Republic.
