Lula remains the favorite
The Brazilian president Luiz Inácio
Lula da Silva is still ahead of the ruling Jair Bolsonaro with between 49 and 50%
of the voting intentions, according to two polls released this Saturday, the last ones before the
second round of the presidential elections this Sunday .
According to Datafolha, the progressive leader has 49% of the support compared to 45% for the far-right leader.
The Ipec company points out a greater difference between the two candidates, with Lula obtaining 50% of the voting intention and Bolsonaro 43%.
Lula and Bolsonaro surrounded themselves this Saturday with hundreds of their followers in the largest electoral colleges in Brazil to put the
finishing touch to a high-tension campaign for the elections.
