This came during the opening of the activities of the "Emirates Programming" day, which witnesses the organization of more than 70 events, organized by about 50 federal, governmental and private entities and institutions, from 29 to 31 October, in various parts of the country, with the aim of spreading programming concepts and highlighting talent and expertise. and celebrating their achievements and the state’s achievements in various fields of digitization and programming, and achieving the objectives of the national strategy for the digital economy by encouraging society to adopt programming and raising their awareness of its importance.

It also organized events in cooperation with the Dubai Design District of the TECOM Group, to honor the association of teachers specializing in programming and celebrate their programming achievements, in addition to activities to promote the dissemination of programming concepts through the evaluation headquarters to conduct programming tests, and to hold meetings with programming ambassadors with the aim of spreading programming awareness among groups of society, and motivating Talents to acquire programming skills.

The University of Sharjah organizes many events focusing on competitive competitions, rich dialogues and virtual knowledge discussions with the participation of the faculties of computing and informatics, the College of Science, the College of Engineering, and the College of Business Administration, by holding dialogues on topics including the importance of programming for engineers, the priority of correct thinking before programming and the benefits of computer science majors, among others. of events.
