After sending a letter to the French diplomatic representation, hundreds of demonstrators went to the Kamboisin military camp where the French special forces are stationed.

There too, the overexcited protesters demanded that their ultimatum be communicated to the French authorities.

They were received by Burkinabè soldiers who received their message, with the promise of transmitting it to French military officials.

These demonstrators had tried to close the shops in the central market of Ouagadougou.
