In 2022, the recruitment of college graduates in the "Three Supports and One Support" plan has been basically completed. 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps have released a total of 43,000 recruitment positions, an increase of more than 9,000 over the plan issued by the central government.

According to data from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, as of the end of September, the number of people participating in basic pension, unemployment, and work-related injury insurance nationwide was 1.047 billion, 235 million, and 289 million, respectively.
From January to September, the total income of the three social insurance funds was 5.25 trillion yuan, and the total expenditure was 4.89 trillion yuan. At the end of September, the cumulative balance was 7.24 trillion yuan, and the fund was running smoothly on the whole.
The national overall planning of basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees has been accelerated. In the first three quarters, 210.4 billion yuan of national overall planning funds were allocated to support pension distribution in provinces with financial difficulties.
Promote the full coverage of statutory pension insurance for urban and rural residents. As of the end of September, a total of 21.11 million people in need have paid this year's endowment insurance premiums for urban and rural residents.
The construction of the national social insurance public service platform has continued to advance, and the coverage of "inter-provincial universal service" service areas such as the basic endowment insurance registration application for flexible employees, enterprises and employees has been further expanded. At present, the platform can provide 77 national unified services.
The national human resources and social security government service platform has opened 93 national services.
As of the end of September, the number of social security card holders was 1.365 billion, and the number of electronic social security cards exceeded 640 million, and the scope of application continued to expand.
