“The Government of the Russian Federation should ensure the implementation of state support measures for manufacturers of domestic technological equipment that transfer (including free of charge) samples of their products to educational institutions of higher education that have advanced engineering schools in their structure,” says one of the paragraphs.
We are talking about samples that are sent to universities for testing and refinement.
They are also used in the training of engineering and technical personnel for these manufacturers.
A report on this topic should be submitted to Putin by December 25, 2022, and then annually.
Earlier, Putin instructed to consider the feasibility of creating a new national rating of domestic universities.
