Nevertheless, Sobyanin noted, in a number of border areas, in particular in the Belgorod region, additional response measures are required.

According to him, such measures are currently being worked out.

On October 19, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to introduce a "medium level of response" in the Crimea, Sevastopol, Krasnodar Territory and Belgorod, Voronezh, Kursk, Rostov regions.

From October 20, martial law is introduced in the territories of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.

The corresponding decree was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
