Polyansky announced a serious threat of Kyiv using a “dirty bomb”

Polyansky stressed that Ukraine has both the ability and the reasons to use the bomb.

He also said that a "big fuss" began in the Ukrainian ruling circles because Russia received information about an impending "dirty bomb" provocation.
