A 15-year-old boy this morning around 11.30 was stabbed inside a school in via Caprera 14 in Miano, on the outskirts of Naples.

According to the first reconstructions of the police, the attack would have taken place inside the school area but not in the classroom.

The teenager was injured in the arm and back and was taken to the Cardarelli hospital, where he was treated and is waiting to undergo a CT scan to check for any damage to the internal organs produced by the stab in the chest.

He is not in danger of life.

The police are investigating the incident: it is not excluded that the 15-year-old may have been injured by a comrade.

The school in via Caprera, in Miano is a branch of the

Duca di Buonvicino Institute: it is a professional institute for food and wine services and hotel hospitality.

The story recalls the episode of last May 17 when

a 13-year-old student in a middle school in Melito, a municipality on the outskirts of the capital, was wounded by a peer in the back with a stabbing weapon

while he was in class.

On that occasion the boy was medicated in the hospital with three stitches.
