Regarding this, Minister Han expressed his strong displeasure, saying, "If I were there or within a kilometer of that area, what would I bet on? I feel ashamed of insulting a member of the State Council by having an affair with a person who stalks like that."

Minister Han also refuted the Democratic Party's claims of the special prosecutor and criticism of 'political oppression'.

Minister Han said, "If the investigation is not good, a special prosecutor will be introduced." I questioned.

Then, referring to the 'Prosecution and Removal of Prosecutor's Office (complete deprivation of the prosecution's investigation authority, the prosecution's investigation-separation of the right to indictment)' proposed by the Democratic Party, he said, "One of the arguments for the prosecution and prosecution is that the investigation and prosecution should be separated. I don't know if the special prosecutor is looking for a combination of investigation and prosecution."
