A woman was shot and buried alive in Washington state, where her life was dramatically saved.

US NBC reported that police in Thurston County received a call and rescued a woman believed to have a gag in her mouth on the afternoon of the 16th.

She said that the woman was unable to speak properly during the call with the police at the time and screamed, but the police, who had an intuition that it was an emergency, pinpointed the location of the rescue signal and rushed to the scene.

When police arrived at the scene, they found a woman hiding in her barn, screaming "her husband is trying to kill me".

Her then-woman's neck, face and ankles were partly tied with tape, and she had bruises all over her body, including her legs, arms, and head.

Investigation revealed that the woman was attacked by her husband, Ahn, while talking about her divorce with her estranged husband, Mo Ahn.

Ahn tied the woman's body to her car, drove her to her home, wielded a weapon, and buried her alive.

She contacted police by sending an emergency call to her smart watch she was wearing before the woman was dragged out of her home.

For smartwatches worn by women, Rescue is triggered by pressing and holding a button on the side of the device.

She was dramatically rescued by police when the woman managed to escape from her burial and hid her body in a barn.
