Mass media report explosions in Odessa, Khmelnitsky, Rivne and Dnepropetrovsk regions

According to "STRANA.ua", in the Odessa region they report a strike on an energy infrastructure facility.

“The office of the president confirms a new massive strike on Ukrainian infrastructure,” the news says. 

There were also reports of an explosion in Lutsk and Kovel.

Some areas are reporting energy problems.
