The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that my country's development has entered a period in which strategic opportunities and risks and challenges coexist, and uncertain and unpredictable factors increase.

We must persist in carrying forward the spirit of struggle, strengthen the ambition, backbone, and confidence of the entire party and the people of all ethnic groups in the country, not believe in evil, not afraid of ghosts, and not afraid of pressure, we must advance despite difficulties, face them, coordinate development and security, and make every effort to overcome all difficulties on the road ahead. Difficulties and challenges, relying on tenacious struggles to open up new horizons for career development.

　　Safeguarding national sovereignty, security and development interests is the starting point and goal of my country's foreign affairs, and it is also the sacred mission of China's diplomacy.

Under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, we have maintained our strategic focus, carried forward the fighting spirit, firmly safeguarded the country's dignity and core interests, and firmly grasped the initiative in my country's development and security.
