"The West is approaching a dangerous line"

Western countries are approaching the dangerous line of a direct military clash with Russia, supplying weapons to the Kyiv regime.

This was stated during the briefing by the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharova.

“NATO countries, as if competing with each other, continue to pump weapons and ammunition to the Kyiv regime, supply it with intelligence, train Kiev regime soldiers, and give guidance on how to conduct combat operations, thereby approaching the dangerous line of a direct military clash with Russia,” she said.

According to her, the deployment by the European Union of a "big military training mission" for the Ukrainian military, within which it is planned to train about 15 thousand soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, qualitatively increases the involvement of Brussels in the Ukrainian conflict.

Zakharova also noted that the planned NATO exercises on nuclear deterrence "Persistent Noon" that started in Europe do not add stability to the current situation: "De-escalation and the task of strengthening security in Europe are still not a priority for NATO."
