Volodin: mobilization decisions were canceled in respect of more than 9,500 fathers of large families

As he noted in his Telegram, at the moment there are many requests for the mobilization of men who have three or more children. 

“The answer is unequivocal: fathers of three or more children should be exempted from mobilization.

To date, more than 9,500 fathers have had conscription decisions cancelled.

They have been withdrawn from military units and returned to their families,” Volodin wrote.
