China News Service, October 19. According to the Syrian State News Agency, the United States dispatched a total of 92 vehicles on the 17th to illegally loot a batch of oil and wheat resources from northeastern Syria and transported them to the US military base in northern Iraq.

Sources said a convoy of 34 oil tankers and trucks was transporting stolen oil and wheat to northern Iraq from the illegal al-Waleed crossing.

The source added that there were another 58 tankers carrying oil into Iraq from the illegal crossing of Mahamoodi.

U.S. military oil theft in Syria has become more frequent recently.

Since August, there have been at least a dozen incidents of the U.S. military theft of Syrian oil, and a total of nearly 1,000 oil tankers have been transported to U.S. military bases outside Syria.

On October 8, the Syrian Foreign Ministry issued a statement scolding the U.S. military for stealing oil in Syria as a "piracy act" and demanded that the United States immediately withdraw its illegal troops stationed in Syria and immediately stop its support for the Syrian opposition forces.

According to a previous statement by the Syrian Foreign Ministry, the U.S. continued to plunder Syria’s oil resources and illegally transport them to its military bases in northern Iraq, causing direct and indirect losses of up to $107.1 billion to Syria’s oil, natural gas, minerals and other industries.
