After the fatal shooting on Söder in Gävle, there have been many tours.
Two men were convicted in June by the District Court for the murder, but were later acquitted in September by the Court of Appeal.
Both men are now suspected of new crimes.
First, one of them was charged with threatening a prosecutor.
Now the other man is suspected of aggravated rape and assault in a court case.
The crimes for which the other man is suspected occurred in central Sandviken on 9 October.
The man was arrested in his absence the following day by the prosecutor and is now in custody.
Now he has also been requested to be detained for the crimes.
