The Abu Dhabi Center for Public Health stressed the importance of the examination program for school students in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and conducting its own examinations for early detection of diseases and reducing their complications and negative effects on health, pointing out that in cooperation with educational authorities and parents in the emirate, early examinations for students.

He explained that the examinations of the school students program are divided into two types, the first for annual examinations, which includes all academic stages from the first to the twelfth grade, and includes examination of weight and height, examination of body mass, examination of vital signs, and vision, while the second type of examinations is conducted for students From the first, fifth and ninth grades, called comprehensive examinations, and include looking at the medical history, physical examination, vision (color blindness) and hearing, scoliosis (curvature of the spine), blood test, and dental examination.

Educators in Abu Dhabi, Muhammad Issa, Fahd Ibrahim, Noura Al-Hamoudi, and Mona Saeed, emphasized that the medical examination process focuses on diseases that hinder the student from educational attainment, such as poor eyesight and hearing and anemia, in addition to diseases that are generally dangerous to the student's health, such as obesity. Diabetes and spinal deformities, which ensures the student's health is enhanced and any diseases are detected early, which contributes to a speedy recovery.
