According to information collected by Europe 1, Dhabia B., alleged murderer of Lola, of Algerian origin, was in an irregular situation on French territory.

She should have joined Algeria before September 21.

She was indicted for murder, rape, acts of torture and barbarity and imprisoned.

After the murder of Lola, a 12-year-old schoolgirl found in a trunk on Friday evening, the main suspect was indicted for murder, rape, acts of torture and barbarism and imprisoned.

Dhabia B., 24, the alleged murderer of Lola, of Algerian origin, entered France legally in May 2016. She then obtained a residence permit issued by France, as a "foreign student" and enrolled in a Catering CAP training.

According to information from Europe 1, state services gradually lose track of him for several years.

On August 21, when she arrives at Orly airport, Dhabia B. seeks to join the international flights area, to join a friend abroad.

However, she is without a plane ticket and without valid identity papers.

She is therefore in an irregular situation at this time.

The alleged murderer under the influence of an OQTF

Arrested by the police who noted his administrative situation, the services of the Ministry of the Interior decided to expel him the same day, by sending him an OQTF – an obligation to leave French territory within 30 days.

She should therefore have joined Algeria before September 21.

The problem lies in this decision of refusal for Dhabia B. to apply this court decision.

Moreover, no means have been implemented to pick up Dhabia B. and expel her.

If the OQTF had been executed, Dhabia B. would not have been in France, but in Algeria on Friday October 14th.

And Lola would be alive today.

As a reminder, Lola was found in a plastic trunk, her body tied up, after being raped and massacred with a knife.

Investigating police are traumatized.

According to information from Europe 1, a psychological aid cell has been opened at the police station in the 19th arrondissement of Paris with a psychologist, available since Monday evening for all police officers who wish.

It should be noted that the opening of such a cell is not so frequent within the police services.
