Specific information is as follows:

  1. For those who plan to evacuate at any time according to changes in the situation, in addition to preparing for cars and fuel, they need to pay attention to the entry and stay policies of third countries around Uzbekistan.

Specific guidelines are as follows:

  1. If there is no plan to leave Uzbekistan for the time being, it is recommended to apply for a visa for the third country to be entered in advance in case of emergency.

  2. If you need to evacuate in an emergency and dangerous situation, the embassy has previously issued a QR code for self-evacuation filing (below), please scan the code and fill in in advance.

The embassy will promptly notify the Chinese embassies in Uzbekistan's neighboring countries accordingly, so that the relevant embassies can provide necessary assistance and facilitate customs clearance.

  3. At present, some countries around Uzbekistan have the following entry policies for Chinese citizens and information on flights to China (temporary, in case of adjustment, a separate notice will be issued. If you have any questions, you can also consult the Chinese embassies in the relevant countries):

  (1) Moldova:

  a. Chinese citizens who enter Moldova for the first time from Ukraine can enter the country without a visa with a valid passport.

After entering the country, you can stay in Morocco until December 7, 2022 (the deadline for the state of emergency in Morocco).

At that time, if the state of emergency continues to be extended, the stay in Morocco will be extended accordingly.

  b. For those who have been to Moldova with valid documents (passports), then returned to Ukraine, and are now entering Moldova for the second time, under normal circumstances, they should apply for a visa to Moldova in advance. It is more convenient to obtain an electronic visa for Moldova.

  c. Moldova has no direct flight back to China, and it needs to transit through a third country.

  (2) Hungary:

  a. Under normal circumstances, you should apply for a visa to Hungary in advance.

However, there is currently a practical operation at the Beregsurány port that allows people entering Hungary to obtain a 30-day temporary stay permit.

  b. Hungary has direct flights back to China, one flight per week to Tianjin.

  (3) Poland:

  a. Under normal circumstances, you should apply for a visa to Poland in advance.

  b. Poland has direct flights back to China, with 4 flights per week to Beijing and Tianjin.

  1. If it is determined to arrange a centralized transfer, the departure point of the bus assembly is Kyiv, Odessa, and Lviv.

The embassy will issue an assembly notice in advance. Please select the nearest assembly departure point, arrive on time by yourself, and take the bus on time.

  2. Due to the uncertainty of the situation, the specific country of transfer will be explained in the assembly notice based on the security situation at that time.

  3. The centralized transfer is organized by the embassy and provides free buses.

  3. After the safe transfer to a third country, it is recommended to take a commercial flight or a charter flight to return home in time.

If you insist on staying in a third country, you need to pay attention to the relevant local laws and regulations.
