“We support all initiatives related to the introduction of benefits for people of the appropriate age,” Ryazansky said.
He clarified that benefits of this kind should be well calculated.
“These benefits should be covered by some other sources: the federal budget, the regional budget.
Supporting this kind of proposal, there should be calculations nearby, ”he added.
Earlier, the State Duma proposed to increase the discount on utility bills for veterans in relation to their age.
Now, in accordance with the law, combat veterans are entitled to a 50% discount on utility bills.
