Kartapolov: a decision was made to exempt families with three or more children from partial mobilization

It is reported by RIA Novosti.

“We worked together with the Ministry of Defense on the issue of granting a deferment from partial mobilization to families with three children or more (under the age of 16 -

),” said the head of the committee. 

He added that the decision had been made and brought to the attention of the military commissariats. 

Earlier, Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights Maria Lvova-Belova said that fathers of three or more children under 16 were granted a deferment from mobilization.

Russian President Vladimir Putin demanded that all mistakes made during the partial mobilization be corrected.

He recalled that partial mobilization should concern, first of all, those citizens who served in the armed forces, have in-demand military specialties and relevant experience.
