Former People's Power Representative Lee Jun-seok filed a strong complaint with the court today (13th) against the decision to suspend the 'Jeong Jin-seok Emergency Response Committee' and to dismiss the injunction.

The lawyers for the former representative announced that they submitted an answer to the appeal to the Seoul High Court No. 25-2 Civil Division (Chief Judge Kim Moon-seok), which is hearing an appeal on the decision to dismiss the injunction of former Vice Chairman Joo Ho-young this morning.

In the reply, "The Civil Division 51 of the Seoul Southern District Court dismissed the creditor's application by validly acknowledging the non-subordinate Jeong Jin-seok in relation to the 3rd and 5th injunction cases, which is a truly absurd ruling." It will remain a disgrace for the legalized judiciary.”

He also refuted the constitutionality of the Party Constitution, which is converted to a non-captain in the event of a vacancy, such as the resignation of four or more of the highest elected members, as unconstitutional, contrary to Article 8 of the Constitution, Party Democracy, and Article 29 of the Party Act.

Previously, the Civil Division 51 of the Seoul Southern District Court made a decision to dismiss all of the injunctions filed by former CEO Lee on the 6th, including the suspension of the effect of the National Committee on the revision of the "emergency situation" party constitution, the suspension of the execution of the duties of Chairman Jeong, and the suspension of the execution of the duties of 6 non-exempt members. .

It is also noteworthy that former CEO Lee will appeal to the Seoul High Court against the decision to dismiss the 3rd and 5th injunctions.

The deadline for appeal is today, and it is known that former CEO Lee is struggling with the lawyer's request for appeal.
